Arrest Made in Greenfield Circle 4-Wheeler Theft

The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest following the theft of a red Honda 4-wheeler from the Greenfield Circle area.

The theft was reported on Monday, December 29, after a construction company discovered the 4-wheeler—previously secured with a chain and lock—missing from a job site. A BOLO was issued, and multiple tips were received from the public.

The investigation led to the arrest of James Hilliard, who was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Additional juvenile suspects were involved; no further information will be released.

This case was investigated by the Criminal Investigations Division, Drug Interdiction & Criminal Enforcement Unit (D.I.C.E.), and Patrol Division. The investigation remains ongoing.
