Rules
Entry Fee:
$500 per team (includes Breakfast, green fees, cart, lunch, prizes.)
FORMAT:
4-Person Scramble
Each team consists of 4 players. All players tee off on each hole, then the team selects the best shot. All players play their next shot from that spot. This process is repeated until the ball is holed.
RULES OF PLAY:
Tees:
Men play from the White tees.
Women play from the Red tees.
Seniors (65+) may play from the Gold tees.
Minimum Drives:
Each team must use a minimum of 3 tee shots per player during the round.
It is the team’s responsibility to keep track and record the number of drives used per player on the scorecard.
Ball Placement:
After selecting the best shot, players may place their ball within one club length of the chosen ball no closer to the hole and must remain in the same condition (e.g., rough stays in rough, bunker stays in bunker, etc.).
Putting:
On the green, each player must putt from within 6 inches of the selected ball’s position (no closer to the hole).
Once a ball is holed, no further putts may be taken.
Mulligans:
Mulligans may be available for purchase at registration (optional). Limit per player and cost TBA.
Ties:
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by scorecard playoff starting from the #1 handicap hole and moving forward until the tie is broken.
SCORING:
Turn in scorecards immediately after the round.
Scorecards must be signed and attested by at least one team member.
Any team failing to return a completed and attested scorecard will be disqualified.
PRIZES:
Top 3 Teams will receive trophies and
🥇 1st Place – $1,000
🥈 2nd Place – $700
🏆 3rd Place – $500

DRESS CODE:
Proper golf attire required.
No tank tops, cutoffs, or denim.
CONDUCT:
Players must adhere to course rules and etiquette.
Unsportsmanlike behavior or cheating will result in disqualification without refund.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
No refunds within 14 days of the tournament.
Event will be played rain or shine, unless the course is closed by management due to unsafe conditions.
Professional Photography
Professional photographers will take team photos and candids during the tournament and awards. Photos will be published on our Facebook page and website gallery.
