D.I.C.E. UNIT CLEANING UP THE STREETS

Coffee County, Georgia — Drug Agents with the D.I.C.E. Unit (Drug Interdiction & Criminal Enforcement) made multiple arrests this week as part of ongoing efforts to combat illegal drug activity and related crimes across Coffee County.

  • December 12, 2025: Matthew Rowe, previously featured on Taxi Tuesday, was apprehended on outstanding warrants following surveillance and a coordinated takedown.

  • December 13, 2025: Emilio Figueroa and Elisabeth Gasper were arrested after an investigation into the illegal harvesting of oranges from a local farm. Both were charged with Criminal Trespass and Theft by Taking.

  • December 13, 2025: A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Robert Wilson and passenger Cube Evans. Both were charged with violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. Wilson also faces an open container violation. Both were transported to the Coffee County Jail.

  • December 17, 2025: David Neal Floyd was arrested following a traffic stop on Willacoochee Highway and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and speeding. He was transported to the Coffee County Jail.

  • December 17, 2025: Antwan Cortez Williams was detained during a traffic stop on Peterson Avenue North and Church Street and charged with obstruction and a traffic citation was also issued.

These arrests underscore the D.I.C.E. Unit’s continued commitment to proactive enforcement and public safety throughout Coffee County.
