Two Arrested on Criminal Trespass Charges Following Citizen Concerns

Coffee County, GA — Deputies with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office conducted an extra zone patrol on Hickory Ridge Road in response to recent community concerns regarding suspected trespassing at a vacant property. Citizens reported that individuals may have been entering the home and staying overnight.

During the patrol, deputies checked the property located at 210 Hickory Ridge Road. Upon arrival, they observed that the front door was partially open. Deputies also noticed several bags lying on the floor inside the living room, further indicating possible unlawful entry.

Deputies conducted a safety check and subsequently detained Skylar Hunter and Courtney Tanner, who were found inside the home without permission. Both individuals were arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass in accordance with Georgia law.
