DOMESTIC DISPUTE LEADS TO ONE ARREST

50-year-old Bonnie Marie Doque

On July 4, 2025, deputies with the Coffee County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of an assault at a residence on Lagens Way. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who alleged that she was physically assaulted during a confrontation at the location.

Following the investigation and corroboration from eyewitnesses, 50-year-old Bonnie Marie Doque was identified as the primary aggressor in the incident. Deputies located Doque a short time later and placed her under arrest without incident.

As a result of the investigation, Doque was charged with Simple Battery in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-5-23. She was transported to the Coffee County Pre-Trial Detention Center, where she remains in custody.
