To all Deputies, Jailers, and Civilian Staff,

As your Sheriff, it is both an honor and a privilege to serve alongside each of you. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the unwavering dedication, professionalism, and integrity you demonstrate day in and day out.

Whether you're patrolling our communities, maintaining safety and order within our detention facilities, or supporting operations behind the scenes, your work does not go unnoticed. Every role in this office is vital, and together, we form a team committed to upholding justice, protecting our citizens, and serving with compassion.

The challenges we face are many, but so are the victories—and those victories are possible because of the strength, resilience, and commitment you bring to your duties each day. Your hard work and sacrifice are the backbone of this department, and I am deeply grateful for each of you.
