Douglas Man arrested for public intoxication.

ANDREW TAYLOR, 41, OF DOUGLAS, GA

On the evening of March 17, 2025, deputies received multiple reports regarding a male in the area who appeared to be intoxicated. They arrived on the scene and, after several attempts, were able to make contact with 41-year-old Andrew Taylor. Upon engaging with Taylor, it became apparent that he was impaired, as he stumbled into one of the deputies. Taylor confessed to having consumed several alcoholic drinks. Taylor was arrested, charged with Pedestrian Under The Influence and taken to the Coffee County Jail.
