Coffee County Sheriff’s Office Apprehends Suspect in Entering Auto Spree

Coffee County, GA — The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) has apprehended 32-year-old Matthew D. Hall, the individual responsible for multiple recent entering auto incidents in Coffee County. Hall is also wanted in multiple jurisdictions.
Deputies attempted to stop a red Mustang connected to the incidents. Hall fled in the vehicle and later exited on foot into a wooded area. With assistance from the Ware County K9 Unit, deputies successfully apprehended Hall. He is currently in custody at the Coffee County Pre-Trial Detention Center.
The investigation remains ongoing. Additional details will be released as they become available. Charges against Hall are forthcoming.
Sheriff Fred T. Cole expressed his appreciation for the public’s assistance and the collaborative efforts of all agencies involved in apprehending Hall.
