Sergeant Eva Contreras was appointed Deputy Sheriff by Sheriff Doyle Wooten in 2017 and has dedicated herself to the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office for seven years. In 2021, she was promoted to Sergeant, taking on the leadership of the Road Patrol, reflecting her professional growth and commitment to law enforcement. Currently serving under Sheriff Fred Cole, Sergeant Contreras continues to excel in her role while also managing significant administrative responsibilities. Her duties encompass overseeing finances, directing and supervising administrative personnel, and handling all financial and clerical matters within the department. Through her hard work and leadership, Sergeant Contreras plays a vital role in the effective operation of the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office.
